  1. How do I become a member?
    • Select the "ACCOUNT" menu.
    • Choose the "Register Here" menu. (Registration is also available using a Google account)
    • Fill in the required data in the columns.
    • Check the email you registered with and click the link in the email to verify and activate your account.
    • You have successfully become a member.
  2. What if I don't receive an activation email during registration?
    • Make sure you are connected to the internet.
    • Refresh your email.
    • Check the spam/junk folder in the email you registered with.

  3. Can I change my personal information (profile)?

    Yes, you can change your personal information (profile) by:

    • Logging in through the "ACCOUNT" menu
    • Selecting the "Account Information" menu
    • Changing the desired data
    • Clicking the "Save" button
  4. Can I change my email address?

    Yes, you can change your email address by:

    • Logging in through the "ACCOUNT" menu
    • Selecting the "Account Information" menu
    • Checking "Change Email"
    • Changing your email address
    • Entering your password
    • Clicking the "Save" button
  5. What if I forget my password?
    • Select the "ACCOUNT" menu
    • Click "Forgot Password?"
    • Enter your email address
    • Click the "Reset My Password" button
    • Open the email you entered
    • Click the "RESET" button to reset your password
    • Enter and confirm your new password
    • Click the "Set a New Password" button
  6. Why can't I log in?

    There are several reasons why you might not be able to log in, such as:

    • You entered the wrong email address and password. Make sure you have entered them correctly.
    • Make sure you are connected to the internet.

Shipping Information

  1. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

    Changing the destination address can only be done if you have not yet paid for the order. If you have already paid, the address cannot be changed.

  2. Why can't my shipping tracking number be tracked?

    If the tracking number for your order cannot be tracked through your chosen courier, here are some possible reasons:

    • The logistics agent has not yet updated the tracking data in their system.
    • The logistics agent used by the seller is not the one you chose during the transaction.
    • You entered the wrong shipping number.
