What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
You can only change the destination address if you haven’t paid for your order yet. If you have already paid, the address cannot be changed.

Why can’t I track my shipping number?
If your order’s tracking number cannot be tracked through your chosen courier, here are some possible reasons:

1. The logistics agent has not yet updated the tracking data in their system.
2. The logistics agent used by the seller is not the one you chose during the transaction.
3. You entered the wrong tracking number.
4. Shipping cannot proceed if the destination is a PO Box, hotel lobby, terminal, or an area that is indicated as fraudulent or a conflict zone.
