This agreement automatically binds PT. Sinar Era Aktif as the operator and the consumer on the  urbanadventure.co.id website. By making a transaction, you are considered to have understood and agreed to the contents and any changes to this agreement.

 

Service System

Online shopping through the  urbanadventure.co.id website can be done at any time, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, but for orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and outside of operational hours, the ordered items will be placed in the order queue and will be processed on the next business day.

If there is a connection disruption in the online shopping system network, consumers will be temporarily unable to place online orders on  urbanadventure.co.id.

 

Ordering Procedure

  1. The consumer is deemed to have studied the information about the products displayed on the  urbanadventure.co.id website, such as price and product specifications.

  2. Typographical errors that cause detailed information such as prices and other product information to be incorrect are considered invalid.

  3. Consumers are required to become a member of  urbanadventure.co.id to be able to make online transactions.

  4. Consumers can order products online using the shopping cart system, then select the shipping location and check the total price in the shopping cart system.

  5. The consumer pays as a willingness and agreement to the order transaction for the value of the transaction.

  6. UrbanAdventure.co.id has the right to refuse a consumer's transaction if it is deemed inappropriate.

 

Payment

The currency used for the online shopping process is Rupiah (Rp).
The available payment methods are:

  1. Credit Card (Full Payment): All credit cards with Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB and BCA Card logos.

  2. Credit Card (0% Installment): Bank BCA

  3. Virtual Account: Bank BCA, BNI, BRI, Danamon, Mandiri, Maybank and Permata.

  4. ePayment: Gopay, Dana, ShopeePay, Indomaret, Alfamart, Ovo, Link Aja,

  5. Installments Without Credit Card: IndoDana, Kredivo, Akulaku.

The consumer has the right to choose one of the payment methods that they consider most comfortable and convenient.
The consumer is required to pay in full the order costs arising from the online shopping process.

Terms of Payment via Virtual Account :
If paying via a virtual account, the consumer is required to transfer money in accordance with their order via Xendit within 2 hours after ordering.

 

Product Delivery

- Product delivery will be made after  urbanadventure.co.id receives the funds from the customer's payment in accordance with the value of the purchased goods.
- Goods will be sent to the address previously specified by the consumer; we do not accept shipping addresses to the following destinations: PO BOX and Hotel (guests).
- Errors in address entry by the consumer that result in the ordered goods not being delivered are not the responsibility of  urbanadventure.co.id.
- All paid transactions cannot have changes made to the address, color, or other products.
- All complaints regarding shipping will be the responsibility of the courier service that collaborates with  urbanadventure.co.id. Consumers can track the status of their order using the Order Tracking feature.
- Shipping costs for the product will be charged to the consumer. The cost mechanism fully adjusts to the fees of the courier service used by  urbanadventure.co.id.
- All incoming orders are given shipping insurance at no additional cost.

 

Product Warranty

The warranty is an official warranty attached to the product that covers repair services and spare parts regulated by the brand holder's terms. It is only valid within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. All costs incurred and not covered by the warranty policy will be borne by the consumer. The warranty is not valid if it does not meet the following general terms and conditions:

  1. The original Invoice and Warranty Card are damaged, lost, or cannot be shown.

  2. The product's serial number is damaged, lost, has been scribbled on, or has handwritten marks.

  3. Damage to all accessory parts that are not guaranteed.

  4. The seal affixed after product repair has been damaged, broken, or opened during the warranty period.

  5. The product has been disassembled by a party other than  urbanadventure.co.id.

  6. Damaged by animals or insects such as lizards, mice, and so on.

  7. The product is damaged due to installation or usage errors (human error), accidents, falls, natural disasters, lightning strikes, exposure to liquids, electrical voltage changes, and so on.

The H + 1 Guarantee is a new product replacement guarantee given to the consumer, with the following conditions:

  1. Manufacturing defect, not due to usage error such as: falling, water ingress, installation error, electrical voltage changes, and so on.

  2. Different specifications, such as: a difference in the specifications of the item received by the consumer from what is listed on the  urbanadventure.co.id website.

If the consumer does not claim this guarantee within a maximum of 1x24 hours from the time the item is received (referring to the date of receipt on the shipping tracking number), then  urbanadventure.co.id is not obligated to fulfill the H + 1 guarantee claim.

 

Transaction Cancellation

Cancellation of an ordered product can only be done by contacting us via:

 urbanadventure.co.id will not serve customer claims for online transactions that occur due to credit card misuse. The consumer is fully responsible for the ownership of the credit card. Transaction cancellation can only be fulfilled if the ordered item is incorrect. If there is a cancellation outside of this, then  urbanadventure.co.id will not fulfill the request. Transaction cancellations due to product specification errors and out-of-stock items will not be charged any fees and the money will be fully refunded.
 urbanadventure.co.id can unilaterally cancel transactions that do not meet the requirements.

 

Product Description and Condition

 urbanadventure.co.id will present data as accurately as possible with regular updates, so the data may change at any time. The source of product information is from official websites, manuals, and related brochures. Product status is displayed as accurately as possible with regular updates and may change at any time.

 urbanadventure.co.id has no right to add any information that is not already listed and has not been proven through technical testing. A "Sold Out" status on  urbanadventure.co.id means that the item cannot be purchased because it is out of stock.

Product conditions are as follows:

  1. The item is in a sealed/wrapped condition.

  2. There may be a difference in product color that is not exactly the same as what is shown on the website, which can be caused by lighting factors and computer monitor settings/resolution and cannot be used as a reference. Consumers must ensure that the product details/information match the required specifications before approving the payment on the payment page.

 

Product Prices and Purchase/Payment Confirmation

The price of the product to be paid is as stated in the shopping cart and/or the order invoice (payment page).
If there is a price change, the applicable price is the one that corresponds to the total shopping information displayed on the payment page.

PT. Sinar Era Aktif highly values and protects all personal data or information on the  urbanadventure.co.id website and will/may collect user personal data at:

  3. When the user makes an agreement or provides other documents or information in connection with the customer's interaction, or when the customer uses UrbanAdventure products and services.

  4. When the user interacts with us, such as through phone calls (which may be recorded), letters, faxes, face-to-face meetings, social media platforms, and emails.

  5. When the user uses our electronic services, or interacts with us through the UrbanAdventure website, including, but not limited to, through cookies that we may use when the customer interacts with the UrbanAdventure website.

  6. When the user makes a transaction through the UrbanAdventure website.

  7. When the user submits criticism, suggestions, or complaints related to the UrbanAdventure website.

  8. When the user submits personal data to UrbanAdventure for any reason.

By clicking "Register" or a similar statement available on the UrbanAdventure website registration page, the user declares that all of their Personal Data is true and valid, the user acknowledges that they have been informed of and understand the provisions of this Privacy Policy, and the user gives consent to UrbanAdventure to obtain, collect, process, analyze, display, transmit, disclose, store, modify, delete, manage and/or use such data for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.
