What should I confirm before paying?

You need to confirm the following:

  1. The products ordered.
  2. The total amount to be paid.
  3. The payment & shipping methods.

Note: Always be wary of offers, information, or links claiming to be from Urban Adventure. Ensure that you only transact through the official Urban Adventure store and never give your personal information, such as passwords, OTP codes, M-Token & CVC/CVV, to anyone. Order payments should only be made to the bank account number/virtual account on our official website, app, and emails. Do not make payments to personal accounts or account numbers other than those provided. Urban Adventure is not responsible for transactions made to any other bank account number/virtual account.

How to make a BNI Virtual Account payment?

To pay with BNI Virtual Account using a BNI ATM:

  1. Insert your ATM card.
  2. Select the LANGUAGE menu.
  3. Enter your ATM PIN.
  4. Select OTHER MENU.
  5. Select TRANSFER.
  6. Choose the type of account you will use (e.g., “From Savings Account”).
  7. Select VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BILLING.
  8. Enter the 16-digit BNI Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id, then select CORRECT.

To pay with BNI Virtual Account using BNI Mobile Banking:

  1. Open the BNI Mobile Banking app.
  2. Enter your user ID and MPIN.
  3. Select the TRANSFER menu, then choose VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BILLING.
  4. Under the NEW INPUT menu, enter the 16-digit BNI Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  5. Your payment amount will appear on the confirmation screen; make sure it matches your bill, then press CONTINUE.
  6. A transaction confirmation page will appear. Recheck your transaction details. If they are correct, enter your password to authenticate the transaction.
  7. Your transaction is successful.

Important Note:

-The payment must be made within a maximum of 24 hours after the purchase transaction is completed.

-If the customer has made a Virtual Account payment, but the transaction status on urbanadventure.co.id is recorded as CANCELLED, please contact Urban Adventure Customer Service immediately with proof of payment or transfer. Urban Adventure will check with the relevant bank within 1x24 hours on business days.

How to make a BCA Virtual Account payment?

To pay with BCA Virtual Account using a BCA ATM:

  1. Insert your ATM card and PIN.
  2. Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
  3. Select TRANSFER.
  4. Select TO VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BCA.
  5. Enter the 16-digit BCA Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id, then select CORRECT.
  6. Enter the amount you need to pay, then select CORRECT.
  7. A transaction confirmation screen will appear on the ATM. Recheck your transaction details. If they are correct, select YES.
  8. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with BCA Virtual Account using BCA Mobile:

  1. Open the BCA Mobile app.
  2. Select the m-BCA menu.
  3. Enter your m-BCA access code.
  4. Select m-Transfer.
  5. Choose the BCA Virtual Account option.
  6. Enter the 16-digit BCA Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id, then press OK.
  7. Press the Send button in the top right corner to transfer, then enter the amount you need to pay, and select OK.
  8. A transaction confirmation page will appear. Recheck your transaction details. If they are correct, select OK.
  9. Enter your 6-digit m-BCA PIN to authorize the transaction, then press OK to continue with the payment.
  10. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with BCA Virtual Account using KlikBCA:

  1. Log in to your KlikBCA account.
  2. Enter your KlikBCA User ID and PIN.
  3. Select FUNDS TRANSFER.
  4. Select TRANSFER TO VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BCA.
  5. Enter the 16-digit BCA Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id, then press CONTINUE.
  6. A transaction confirmation page will appear. Recheck your transaction details and then press CONTINUE.
  7. Enter the keyBCA appli 1 response from your token, then press SEND.
  8. Your transaction is successful.

-If the customer has made a Virtual Account payment, but the transaction status on urbanadventure.co.id is recorded as CANCELLED, please contact Urban Adventure Customer Service immediately with proof of payment or transfer. Urban Adventure will check with the relevant bank within 1x24 hours on business days.

How to make a BRI Virtual Account payment?

To pay with BRI Virtual Account using a BRI ATM:

  1. Insert your ATM card and PIN.
  2. Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
  3. Select PAYMENT.
  4. Select OTHER - BRIVA.
  5. Enter the 16-digit BRI Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  6. Enter the amount you need to pay.
  7. A transaction confirmation screen will appear on the ATM. Recheck your transaction details. If they are correct, select YES.
  8. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with BRI Virtual Account using BRI Mobile Banking:

  1. Open the BRI Mobile Banking app.
  2. Enter your User ID and PIN.
  3. Select PAYMENT.
  4. Select BRIVA.
  5. Enter the 16-digit BRI Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  6. Your payment amount will appear on the confirmation screen; make sure it matches your bill, then press OK.
  7. Enter your BRI mobile banking PIN.
  8. Recheck your transaction details.
  9. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with BRI Virtual Account using BRI Internet Banking:

  1. Log in to your BRI internet banking account.
  2. Select PAYMENT.
  3. Select BRIVA.
  4. Enter the 16-digit BRI Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  5. Enter your password and BRI internet banking mtoken.
  6. Recheck your transaction details.
  7. Your transaction is successful.

How to make a Mandiri Virtual Account payment?

To pay with Mandiri Virtual Account using Livin’ by Mandiri

  1. Select Pay from the main menu.
  2. Select E-commerce.
  3. Select Midtrans in the service provider section.
  4. Enter the virtual account number in the payment code field.
  5. Click continue to confirm.
  6. Payment is complete.

To pay with Mandiri Virtual Account using a Mandiri ATM:

  1. Insert your ATM card.
  2. Select INDONESIAN LANGUAGE.
  3. Enter your ATM PIN.
  4. Select PAY/BUY.
  5. Select E-Commerce.
  6. Enter the company code 70012.
  7. Enter the payment code, then confirm.
  8. Payment is complete.

To pay with Mandiri Virtual Account using Mandiri Online (via Web/Apps):

  1. Log in to your Mandiri Online account.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password.
  3. Select Pay from the main menu.
  4. Select multi-payment.
  5. Choose the account to pay from.
  6. Select Midtrans in the service provider section.
  7. Enter the payment code, then confirm.
  8. Payment is complete.

How to make a Permata Virtual Account payment?

To pay with Permata Virtual Account using a Permata Bank ATM:

  1. Insert your ATM card and PIN.
  2. Select OTHER TRANSACTIONS.
  3. Select PAYMENT, then OTHER PAYMENTS.
  4. Select VIRTUAL ACCOUNT. Enter the 16-digit Permata Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id, then select CORRECT.
  5. Choose the debit account to be used.
  6. A transaction confirmation screen will appear on the ATM. Recheck your transaction details. If they are correct, select YES / CONTINUE to proceed with the payment.
  7. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with Permata Virtual Account using Permata Mobile:

  1. Open the Permata Mobile app.
  2. Enter your User ID & Password.
  3. Select BILL PAYMENT.
  4. Select VIRTUAL ACCOUNT. Enter the 16-digit Permata Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  5. A transaction confirmation page will appear. Recheck your transaction details. If they are correct, enter your transaction authentication from your token.
  6. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with Permata Virtual Account using PermataNet:

  1. Log in to your PermataNet account.
  2. Enter your User ID & Password.
  3. Select BILL PAYMENT.
  4. Select VIRTUAL ACCOUNT. Enter the 16-digit Permata Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  5. Enter your payment amount.
  6. A transaction confirmation page will appear. Recheck your transaction details. If they are correct, enter your transaction authentication from your token.
  7. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with CIMB Niaga Virtual Account using a CIMB Niaga ATM:

  1. Insert your ATM card.
  2. Choose a language.
  3. Enter your PIN.
  4. Select PAYMENT.
  5. Choose the type of account to be used (e.g., “from savings account”).
  6. Select VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BILLING.
  7. Enter the 16-digit CIMB Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  8. A transaction confirmation will appear on the ATM screen; if correct, press YES.
  9. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with CIMB Niaga Virtual Account using CIMB Niaga Mobile Banking:

  1. Open the CIMB Niaga mobile banking app.
  2. Enter your user ID and password.
  3. Select TRANSFER.
  4. Select VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BILLING, then choose the debit account.
  5. Under the “New Input” menu, enter the 16-digit CIMB Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  6. A transaction confirmation page will appear. Recheck your transaction details.
  7. Enter your password to authenticate the transaction.
  8. Your transaction is successful.

To pay with CIMB Niaga Virtual Account using CIMB Niaga Internet Banking:

  1. Log in to your CIMB internet banking account.
  2. Enter your user ID and password.
  3. Select TRANSFER.
  4. Select VIRTUAL ACCOUNT BILLING, then choose the debit account.
  5. Under the “New Input” menu, enter the 16-digit CIMB Virtual Account number you received from urbanadventure.co.id.
  6. A transaction confirmation page will appear. Recheck your transaction details.
  7. Enter your token authentication code.
  8. Your transaction is successful.

How to pay with the Gopay App?

To pay with the GoPay App:

  1. Select the order or items you want.
  2. Click the ADD TO CART button, which is located in the top right of the CART menu.
  3. Click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button to continue with your order.
  4. Click the PROCEED TO PAYMENT button to begin the payment process.
  5. On the payment method page, select ePayment - GoPay. A QR Code will appear on the PC screen. If your GoPay balance is less than Rp. 10,000, the QR Code will not appear.
  6. Open your GOJEK app and select the ‘SCAN QR’ menu. Point your phone's camera at the PC screen to scan the QR Code, then click CONFIRM.
  7. Recheck your transaction details on the Gojek app. If they are correct, click the PAY button.
  8. Your transaction is successful.

Important Note:

-Your payment will fail if you exceed the 60-minute payment validation limit.
