Transaction Cancellation

  1. Customers cannot cancel a product that has already been paid for.
  2. Urbanadventure.co.id cannot serve customer claims for online transactions that occur due to credit card misuse. The customer is fully responsible for the ownership of the credit card.
  3. Urbanadventure.co.id will only process transaction cancellations due to product specification errors, shipping errors, or out-of-stock items, and no fees will be charged.
  4. If there is incomplete shipping data (address, mobile number), our Customer Care will send a confirmation via the email registered to the customer’s urbanadventure.co.id account. Specifically for credit card transactions, if the customer does not confirm within 5 (five) business days, the transaction will be canceled and the refund will be processed back to the credit card limit.

Refunds

The refund processing time from urbanadventure.co.id to the customer is:

  1. Transactions using a credit card require a minimum of 14 (fourteen) business days to process.
  2. Urbanadventure.co.id cannot serve customer claims for online transactions that occur due to credit card misuse. The customer is fully responsible for the ownership of the credit card.
  3. Transactions using Virtual Account/Transfer require a minimum of 14 (fourteen) business days to process.

Product Returns

If a product is found to be defective upon receipt, the customer can request a replacement of the same product, provided the following conditions are met:

  2. Incident Report
  3. Copy of National ID Card (KTP)
